My Story
Hi my love, I'm Karla. I'm a Catholic life coach, speaker, podcast host, and guide for women who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and start living with greater clarity, confidence, and trust in God.
For years, I felt stuck. I was going through the motions, overwhelmed by daily life, disconnected from my deeper purpose, and unsure how to move forward.
I wanted more peace.
More joy.
More alignment with the life God was calling me to live.
What I discovered changed everything.
Not because I worked harder or pushed myself more, but because I learned how to partner with God in a new way. I learned how to listen, discern, and take faithful steps forward even when I couldn't see the whole path.
That journey transformed my life.
I experienced growth in my health, my family life, my work, and my faith. More importantly, I stopped living from fear, pressure, and perfectionism and began living from trust, purpose, and freedom in Christ.
Today, I help Catholic women do the same.
