Q: How much time will I need?
You’ll commit ~60 minutes per week in coaching, plus optional time checking in with the community and with me directly via slack. This is time invested back into your growth — not something that steals from your life.
Q: What if I miss a coaching call?
All calls are recorded. You’ll still get access, and you’ll always have support in the Slack group.
Q: Do I need a business to join?
Nope. Many women here are entrepreneurs, but this is for any Catholic woman who desires to live with more peace, confidence, and purpose. No business required!
Q: What if I’ve tried coaching and it didn’t work before?
Coaching is a relationship — it’s not just about having a coach, but also about your willingness to show up and engage fully. When you honor yourself and your commitments, that’s when transformation can unfold.
Many coaching experiences also leave faith at the door. Here, faith is at the center — woven into every conversation, every practice, and every step forward. This isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about deep, lasting transformation rooted in God’s truth.
